FAQ

What is Giclée fine art printing?
Giclée fine art printing is the gold standard when it comes to producing museum-level quality prints. Whereas many traditional print technologies typically use the classic CMYK 4-colour combination, Giclée printers use up to 12 individual colours. This gives much smoother gradient transitions and a wider colour gamut. In other words, more depth and richness to the final print, which helps to create stunning vibrant artwork. The prints, when not placed in direct sunlight, will last for 100+ years

Which fine art paper do you use for the prints?
Hahnemühle photo rag. It is a heavy-duty, vegan certified matte paper made of 100% cotton rag with a natural white tone and excellent black saturation. It has a soft texture with a lightly defined felt structure.

If you are framing yourself, please handle the print with care - use cotton gloves and archival tapes/glues when framing.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?
If you are looking for a specific size, print medium, framing or print of an image from my personal website or Instagram portfolio not listed in this store please reach out to me with your requirements.

Can I use hang these prints anywhere at home or office?
Wood framed prints and acrylic panels are not recommended to be used in places with exposure to high moisture, heat and dust such as bathrooms and gardens. Aluminum di-bond would be a better option to use in these cases. Contact me in case you need a print on Aluminum di-bond.

How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?
Once you place an order, my printing lab partner will prepare the order for dispatch typically within 3 working days. Acrylic panels take a longer time to prepare - about a week. Depending on the shipping destination, the orders will be delivered anywhere between 7-15 working days post dispatch. If you have not received a tracking code 4 working days (9 working days in case of Acrylic Panels) after placing the order please reach out to me. Please note that during holiday season (e.g. Christmas) there may be delays in delivery due to high volume.

Do you offer returns & replacements?
Each order is printed per individual Buyer specification once the order is placed and therefore we are unable to accommodate returns & replacements. However, in a rare instance, if your order arrives damaged in-transit I am happy to replace it free of charge. Please reach out to me with a photograph of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery.

How are the products packaged?
All prints are robustly packaged. Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes - smaller prints may be shipped in thick cardboard envelopes. All framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual plastic or cardboard guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimize the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Prints are listed in cm and inches - what will be the size of my print?
The sizing system being used depends on the product type and the country in which your order is being produced. For example, if the product states 45x60cm/18x24”, it would be printed at 18x24” if produced in the USA but 45x60cm if printed in the UK.
